Spinach Pasta

Noodles are really simple to make, but take muscles and some time.  To do plain noodles, use 2 cups flour and 3 beaten eggs.  I like spinach, so I made mine with spinach.  Take 10 oz. frozen spinach, cook, drain really well, and chop finely.  Mix it together with 3 beaten eggs, and work into 2 and 1/2 c flour to make a firm dough. (I had to add a few Tbsp water).  Let set for 30 min. or so.  Then roll as thin as possible and cut into strips using a pizza cutter for ease.  I made both twisted and flat noodles.
