DIY Granite/ Multi-Surface Cleaner Recipe

When we moved to a home with granite countertops, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a cleaner for them. I also wanted one cleaner that would work for many surfaces that I could just grab and feel confident it was safe enough for the kids to use, smelled good, and really cleaned well. No germies here, please! So I did a bunch of research and this recipe is what I have been most satisfied with. I actually LIKE using it because it smells so nice! (It’s the one I use in this fridge cleaning video…gets the sticky gunk off really well!)

DIY Granite / Multi-Surface Cleaning Spray

1/4 c rubbing alcohol

12 oz filtered water

2 drops dish soap

4 drops lavender/lemon/ or clove Eos

Directions: Simply pour 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol into a 16 oz spray bottle, fill with 12 oz filtered water, add 2 drops of dish soap and give it extra cleaning power and fresh scent by adding about 4 drops of EOs such as lavender +lemon, clove, etc. Spray and wipe your counters, tables, fridge, etc! (Let sit on the surface a few minutes on gunky dried spots to lift them off more easily.)
